ABOUT REFINER’S PLACE
Refiner’s Place is a nondenominational, multiracial, multinational church, currently holds its services and operational office at Woolwich in south east London.
At Refiner’s Place we aim to grow in the three cardinal points of our God given ministry, which are; Taking Authority, Raising Champions, and Being Relevant.
As an all-encompassing vision, we hope to grow from one level of greatness into another, increasing in knowledge, wisdom and understanding, by giving ourselves wholly to the word of God and prayer. It is our joy to see people lifted up in Spirit, Soul and Body.
Refiner’s Place is dedicated to excellence; we therefore focus all our efforts to ensure that everyone excels. We believe in growing together as a family, we love to see a vibrant community where everyone is cared for.
At Refiner’s Place, we are passionate about our vision, therefore, we worship passionately, we pray passionately, we teach the Word passionately, we evangelize passionately, we preach passionately,
we give passionately, we serve passionately, we love and care passionately.
Taking Authority: we aim to teach, train and equip our members to know who they are in Christ, and what they are through His death on the cross, to have confidence in the promises of God. The knowledge of who you are in the Lord is the authority you need to stand against and to face the
challenges of the enemy and his co-hurts.
Racing Champions: men and women who would be championing different causes all over the world. We believe in each other’s strengths, abilities, dreams and goals, therefore we support and equip every member through the process of greatness. A lot of people have been beaten, bruised and
battered by the devil in this world, at Refiner’s Place; we have been called and given the mandate to bring out the champion in every man. To raise men and women from mediocrity to excellence.
Being Relevant: Our Lord said that we are the light of the earth, we believe that everyone is precious, but some precious jewel may still be ruffled or covered in mud and has to go through the refining process to become pure and clear. So God refines us through the ministry Refiner’s Place, by
teachings, training, earnest prayers and dedication to His Word, God prunes and purifies us until we stop conforming to this world’s standard and begin to stand out as light to the world.
We aim to become a church community of all nations, where everyone is treated with love and respect. We have a vision to acquire a great church building, called a befitting house of God (The Refiner’s Place) where everyone who enters in will know that they are in the presence of God, a
place where worshipers will worship God freely in spirit and in truth, where every payer request will be answered and met, a place of refuge and rest.
We believe that this will come to pass if Jesus tarries to come.
Ultimately, our aim is to take this gospel of Christ our Lord and Saviour to the whole world through our evangelistic and outreach arm.
I believe that God is standing by us, and He is watching over His Word and promises to us to perform them.
